DESCRIPTION
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Find and reach out to potential advertising clients through research, networking, and direct contact.
Use different methods like email, phone calls, social media, and events to connect with new prospects.
Create simple strategies to bring in new leads and business opportunities.
Sales Pitch and Presentation:
Understand each client’s goals, target audience, and budget.
Prepare clear and engaging presentations that match their needs.
Explain our advertising services in a simple way, focusing on the benefits and results.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Be their main contact for questions and support.
Work together to create advertising campaigns that fit their goals.
Track results and share updates, along with ideas to improve performance.
Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
Achieve sales targets by gaining new clients and growing existing accounts.
Look for ways to offer additional services (upselling and cross-selling) to increase revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Experience in outbound sales, ideally in digital advertising.
- Good understanding of how digital advertising works, including platforms and trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain ideas clearly and simply.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals and reach targets.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
OFFER
Permanent Contract, Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
