DESCRIPTION
Slovak-speaking Customer Support Agent supporting an international fashion brand, primarily via chat and WhatsApp. Responsibilities include assisting with online orders, providing product information, and resolving customer queries efficiently.
Customer-focused profile with strong communication skills; previous experience is an advantage.
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Onsite initially, with hybrid work available after 3 months.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Slovak (Mandatory);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Proactive and problem-solving attitude;
  • Availability to work onsite (initially);
  • Previous customer support experience (plus).
