DESCRIPTION
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Representatives with Czech/Slovak and English for a fully remote opportunity based out of Bulgaria - if you are not in the country you can relocate with the support of an excellent package.

Your Role
- Listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality
- Handle customer interactions in Czech and English
- Work collaboratively with an international and supportive team
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak and good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous experience in customer support required
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
