What will you do?
Handle and respond to customer issues through phone, email, and chat
Manage customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
Perform data entry and work with various software programs
Collaborate within a team-oriented environment
REQUIREMENTS
Native or near-native in Slovak
Communicative level of English
Strong communication, politeness, and courtesy
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a team setting
Flexibility for shift work
Basic software skills
