What You’ll Do
  • Provide professional support for digital products and services
  • Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently within agreed SLAs
  • Use CRM software, ticketing systems, and support tools effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and share best practices
  • Keep up to date on product developments and participate in training sessions
  • Consistently meet targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in Slovak and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
  • Eager to learn new technologies (no prior tech experience required)
  • Positive, customer-focused, and adaptable mindset

What’s Offered
  • Monthly salary: 2400 BGN + performance bonus up to 300 BGN
  • Welcome bonus: 3000 BGN (paid in 3 installments – 1st, 3rd, and 6th month)

Working Conditions            
  • Working hours: 10:00–18:00 (Monday–Sunday, rotating schedule) 
  • Location: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria 
  • Training: 2 weeks onsite (fully paid)
