DESCRIPTION
Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with Slovenian to join our dynamic team.

As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.

Efficiently solve issues to enhance maximum possible customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Slovenian, both written and verbal (C2)
Good command of English, both written and verbal (B2+)
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Customer-oriented attitude
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
Proficiency in using CRM systems
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work both on your own and within a team
High school education

Full-time role with 40h per week, Mo-Fr 08h-20h and weekends 08h-16h
