DESCRIPTION
As a Solutions Consultant, you will provide professional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve product and service inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality and performance targets. Working in an international environment, you will use CRM and support tools, collaborate with colleagues, and continuously develop your product knowledge through training.
REQUIREMENTS
Deliver professional support for digital products and services
Utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and support tools efficiently
Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs using internal resources and protocols
Consistently meet performance targets including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Collaborate with peers to improve service and share best practices
Stay updated on product developments and participate in training sessions
