As a Inbound Sales Advisor, you will:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Recommend the most suitable products based on usage, budget and preferences.
Promote complete solutions through upsell, cross-sell and accessory attach.
Explain product differences, compatibility and key benefits clearly.
Handle objections with confidence and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
Achieve KPIs including client satisfaction, attach and compliance.
Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Keep up to date with product launches.
Deliver a premium brand experience in every interaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
Have fluency in German (C1), with a good level of English for internal communication.
Preferably have previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact center environments.
Have strong communication and active listening skills, with confidence in sales conversations.
Have the ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored, solution-based products.
Results-driven mindset with experience working toward targets and quality standards.
Interest in technology, with the ability to quickly learn product knowledge and ecosystems.
Strong digital literacy, able to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Adaptability, resilience, and accountability, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work flexible schedules.
