Job Title: Spanish Sales and Negotiation Specialist

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Madrid/Malaga- Spain

Work Model: Hybrid- Full clean driving licence required as travel between locations is required

Salary: €25k base + est. €15-20k in commissions (uncapped)

As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join the team as a Spanish-Speaking Land Acquisition and Negotiation Specialist. You will play a key role in our mission to identify and secure optimal locations for sustainable projects within the Spanish market, enabling the widespread adoption of sustainable transportation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sites for sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents in Spanish regions regions.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and terms that align with both client requirements and our commitment to sustainability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility of potential locations and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Provide guidance on site selection based on market trends, local regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Train new employees
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities in sustainable infrastructure.

 

Qualifications:

  • Native level Spanish and fluency in English
  • Proven experience in sales/customer service, account coordination, real estate, site selection, or location scouting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create win-win agreements.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Full clean driving license
