REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow guidelines accurately
- Previous customer support, gaming support, or content moderation experience is an advantage but not required
- Motivated to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
- EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit required
