Our client's operating system allows business owners to sell anywhere, work more efficiently, manage inventory, communicate with customers, book appointments, course meals, order online, and so much more.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent, your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support; you will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services.
You will engage with clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence.Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
- Identify account holder;
- Verify account information;
- Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
The support will be handled both in English and Spanish.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native Spanish Speaker
- A solid C1 level of English, as demonstrated by achieving a C1 score in the Harver English assessment.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
