SQL Specialist with Chinese and Spanish - E-commerce

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a SQL Specialist

Responsibilities

- Maintain logistics partner quotation, including logistics price record in billing system, billing result accuracy check, billing risk monitor and solvency.

- Review clients/carriers invoices, resolve discrepancies, collaborate with customer service team and supplier management team to handle claims from client or claims to partners.

- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks, as required.

C1 level of Chinese, English and Spanish

Basic knowledge of SQL would be preferred.

Good command of Excel

• Full time position: 39h per week, Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00
