Support Representative with Polish (remote from Bulgaria)

For one of our clients – a company offering high-quality services and solutions in the BPO

field. We are on a search for determined, driven and sales-oriented people for the role of

Support and Sales Representative with PL and ENG.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Your will communicate with clients daily, and discuss their marketing and sales goals.

Becoming familiar with all aspects of clients’ marketing platform and features will be a

necessary and will help you become a star employee! Your communication skills will help

you establish and maintain a great relationship with the clients and colleagues alike.

Understanding of digital marketing will help you a lot, too. Use to offer design ideas and help

improve overall presentation. Tracking campaigns return of investment will enable you see

week areas and suggest improvement.

Requirements:

Fluency in Polish and English language are required. Great communication skills and polite

manners are a must. Personal drive, team-player attitude will be of a great help. High School

level education is a must. Experience with digital media sales or account management will be

an advantage and will be helpful to you, as well as good PC skillset (MS office apps skills will

be a plus).
