For one of our clients — a worldwide leader in customer experience solutions, partnering with some of the most recognized global brands — we are looking for a Sportswear Customer Support Representative with Spanish to join their team in Sofia.

Your Role
As part of the customer support team for a leading global sportswear brand, you will help customers enjoy a smooth and positive shopping experience across multiple communication channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat;
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, product information, and after-sales inquiries;
Identify customer needs and offer fast, friendly, and effective solutions;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems;
Ensure high-quality service by following company standards and procedures;
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Spanish (B2 level);
Good command of English (B1–B2);
Previous experience in customer support, retail, e-commerce, or a similar role is a plus;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset;
Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently;
Good computer literacy and adaptability to new systems and tools;
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
