DESCRIPTION
Waterproofworld is a professional watersports center located directly on the lakefront in Brenzone, Lake Garda, Italy. We are looking for motivated watersports assistants for the summer season who want to gain hands-on experience in kitesurfing, wingfoiling and boat-based operations while living directly at one of Europe’s best wind spots. This position is ideal for active people taking a gap year or looking for a unique summer experience in the outdoor industry. You will assist instructors, support daily operations and learn all aspects of running a professional watersports center.
Tasks may include:
• Assisting during kite and wingfoil lessons
• Helping with pontoon and boat operations
• Launch and landing support
• Equipment preparation and maintenance
• Guest assistance and safety support
• General operational help depending on conditions
No prior professional experience is required, but enthusiasm for watersports and physical work is essential. Training in watersports skills and operations is provided throughout the season.
