We are now looking for Swedish-speaking customer support agents for our client in Gothenburg!

About the service:

As a customer support agent, you will work with offering support to the Swedish market and assisting and guiding existing customers before, during and after purchases regarding various issues.

We are looking for you who:

• Are over 18 years old
• Have approved upper secondary school grades in Swedish, English and mathematics
• Is fluent in speech and writing in Swedish and English
• Is a responsible person who likes to take his own initiatives
• Likes customer service and providing good service
