Teamleader/BDR Dutch market (remote position)

What does the position entail?

We have seen an increasing demand for the campaigns towards the Dutch market among our clients. We are therefore looking for another enthusiastic Dutch speaking Teamleader with previous experience from B2B telemarketing/inside sales roles and preferably experience from the IT/Tech industry. As the leader of the team you are responsible for client retention and profitability. 

Your day to day job is to make sure your employees are motivated and to identify and contact relevant decision makers at SMB or enterprise level accounts. In those conversations over phone, E-mail and LinkedIn you will evaluate their current situation, challenges and plans as well as either book a meeting in the short term or set them up for long term nurturing.

Who are you?

• You have previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales with credible follow-up and cold calling experience
• Leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• A persistent, self-starter with a track record for success 
• IT/Technology industry experience preferred
• Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken
• Speak and write English in a professional way
• Interested to work in a fast paced environment where we strive to offer excellent services to our clients, every day
• You are available to work as freelancer (invoicing every month).
