Telemarketing Specialist for one of the biggest IT players.
Responsibilities:
Phone-call follow up of marketing campaigns and events happening in the countries
Running of various phone campaigns focusing on commercial customers (existing and prospect)
Email and social media campaigns towards prospect and existing commercial clients
Profiling and need identification of prospect companies and lead creation to support sales results
Maintain high quality of leads and contacts, ensure their input into the CRM systems
Nurture of existing leads and client’s database
Communication with sales and marketing department in lead generation process
REQUIREMENTS
Native SK & HU
Energetic, focused, goal-oriented personality
Keen interest in development within sales environment
Good communication skills and interest in talking to existing and prospective clients
Experience working on the phone
Enthusiastic about getting to know new people and the needs of the company
Basic Knowledge of Office Package, usage of social media and phone conversation
Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of IT environment and client portfolio
Telemarketing/Sales Experience is a plus
