DESCRIPTION

Location: Lisbon - Anjos

Role: Turkish Customer Advisor

Salary:  14-16K basic plus language bonus plus benefits

Contract: 12m

Hours of work: 40 hrs p/week, rotational

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this new pilot service. This is an exciting new scheme and you will be there to guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate has:

  • Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Eagerness to learn and attention to details
  • Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
OFFER

Selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Besides this, there will be a relocation team available to provide assistance with finding temporary/permanent accommodation.
