Role: Turkish speaking Player Support Specialist - work from home
Location: work from home in Bulgaria
Salary: 900 Euro gross per month (1800 Lev gross p/m)
Operational Hours: 40 hrs per week, between operation hours: 07:00-00:00 Monday-Sunday

The role
As a Player Support Specialist you will provide exceptional email support to customers of a mobile gaming company. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. First time resolution and answering queries in a timely manner are important in this role.
