At Adecco, we are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an important project within the banking sector. If you are interested in working in an international environment, developing your customer service skills, and becoming part of a stable project with training from day one, this opportunity is for you! ???? ???????? What will you do on a daily basis?
Provide customer support for the German market via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries and provide first-line support.
Guide and assist customers while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
???? What do we offer?
Initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to obtain a permanent contract.
Competitive salary: €22,800 gross per year + €1,200 annual performance bonus.
Comprehensive and fully paid initial training designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your role (5 weeks, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
Flexible schedules depending on the selected shift, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance:
Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
39 working hours per week from the 6th week onwards.

???? Requirements
Native-level German.
Minimum B2 level of Spanish.
Previous customer service experience will be highly valued.
Availability to attend a 5-week onsite training program, with a dedication of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, increasing to 39 hours per week afterwards.
Successfully pass a German language assessment, evaluating both spoken and written communication skills.
Proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
