Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,450 gross per month (14 salaries per year)
Annual Gross Salary: €20,300
About the Role
Are you fluent in Hebrew and English, with a strong interest in online safety and digital communication? Join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece, as a Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator and help create a safer, more engaging online environment for users and businesses.
In this role, you will review digital content across social media platforms, ensuring it complies with established content policies and community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Review videos, images, news stories, political advertisements, and social media profiles.
• Assess content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Apply content policies consistently and accurately.
• Identify and report inappropriate content, abuse, and potential policy violations.
• Escalate issues through the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of quality, confidentiality, and data security.
• Meet performance targets and participate in ongoing training and employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, with strong reading and speaking skills in both languages.
Most already have work permission for Greece ie EU passport OR Greek  Work Permission.
• At least one year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Empathy, cultural awareness, and an understanding of relevant political and social issues.
• The ability to follow guidelines consistently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
