DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.
• Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up (e.g., calling assigned leads within minutes of receipt).
• Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with the most effective and tailored advertising solutions.
• Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics.
• Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance.
• Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required.
• Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting optimal and effective use of advertising products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in Czech, Italian or Polish  & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and written
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in customer services experience
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
