For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for –  Backoffice Specialist with Polish (Relocation to Sofia/Bulgaria).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle player inquiries efficiently via email, tickets, and chat;
• Provide clear, professional, and personalized support to each player;
• Identify recurring issues and report them to the relevant teams;
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality support standards;
• Keep records and track player feedback to help improve processes.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish (C1) with good English (B2);
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience or understanding of customer support or backoffice operations;
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
• Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service
