About the role
As a Technical Support Agent, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support for customers on-site in Warsaw. No two days are the same – you'll troubleshoot, assist, advise, and upsell in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where both customer satisfaction and performance bonuses are key.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers

- Working full-time in rotating shifts, including some weekends
