We are currently looking for a Recruiter with BPO experience to be part of our Recruitment Team in Portugal (Oeiras)
Role & Responsibilities:
•Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.
•Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates. Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently.
•Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
•Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.
•Maintain and update the social media channels & local market , such as Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn & University connects.
•Planning and execution of recruitment events, e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, etc.
•Coordination & communication with stakeholders and external partners,
•Maintaining reporting/tracker.
