What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and technical support.
- Help patients and healthcare professionals navigate advanced healthcare tools.
- Manage product orders and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.

REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking for:
- Full professional proficiency in German (C2 or above), and fluent English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, or technical support is an advantage.
- Previous experience in healthcare is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individuals with excellent time management.
- High level of empathy and patience.
Requirements:
- Self-employed status (ability to issue invoices).
- Availability from May 2025.
- High-speed internet, own laptop/desktop, USB headset, and a quiet, professional workspace.
