As a German Customer Advisor, you will represent the company by providing outstanding support to clients in the iGaming industry. Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries via live chat (3 chats simultaneously) and email, with minimal phone interaction. This role requires a responsible and engaging personality, excellent multitasking skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus (NOT remote).

Work Schedule

• Rotational Shifts (4 days work, 2 days off):
• Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Night: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Breaks: Flexible schedule (e.g., 3x10 minutes + 30 minutes or 2x30 minutes).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through live chat and email.
• Manage up to 3 live chat conversations simultaneously.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Follow shifts on a rotational basis, including night shifts and public holidays.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English for internal communication.
• A junior profile with minimal work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a polite, professional, and down-to-earth attitude.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,500 - with 300 for accommodation total - 1,800 per month.
