For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer
service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for
 Reservation Services Coordinator with Swedish (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat;
*Assist with travel-related requests such as flights, hotels, and car rentals;
*Approach every interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism;
*Stay up to date with services and offerings to give accurate and helpful advice;
*Log all customer interactions and solutions clearly in the system;
*Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience;
*Consistently achieve (or exceed) quality and satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
*Previous experience in customer service is an advantage;
*Passion for travel and helping others enjoy stress-free journeys;
*Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment;
*Willingness to work standard working time Monday till Friday;
*Comfortable using digital tools and support platforms;
*Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering great service.
