Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (inbound/outbound calls,

email, and chat) while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

* Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring all

issues are resolved efficiently;

* Assist business travelers in planning and managing their trips, offering solutions for flights,

hotels, and train travel to ensure smooth journeys;

* Maintain a basic understanding of client products and services to provide accurate information;

* Document and retrieve customer information in the call tracking system

* Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Swedish (written and verbal) and a working level of English;

* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening;

* Previous experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or customer experience center industries is an advantage;

* Proficiency in MS Office applications and good typing skills;

* Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills;

* A team player with a positive attitude and a high school education or equivalent.
