As an End User Computing Specialist you provide team members and leaders with hardware and software onsite or remote high quality support; you will ensure that systems are working properly according to company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users to create a positive customer experience
- Configure computers with its proper operating system and tools according to account/department needs
- Provide end user support to enable access to tools or troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions
- Support the migration of users to new hardware or tools
- Provide onsite support to resolve malfunctioning switch or internet outage, escalating any unresolved issues
- Support asset management tasks if required by the region
