DESCRIPTION

Our Bratislava based Source to Pay team is looking for a Purchasing Agent with German to support KONE branches.

 

As an Agent at our Purchasing Team you will support our procurement processes mainly within German business units, but still being a part of a dynamic and international team here in Bratislava.

 

What will you do on daily basis?

 

  • Execute PR and PO transactions within agreed SLAs for quality and timeliness.
  • Validate completeness of documentation before processing.
  • Route sub-requests efficiently to other process teams and track completion.
  • Ensure adherence to KONE Way process definitions and segregation of duties
  • Perform quality checks at various stages and maintain compliance statistics.
  • Notify Team Lead of any compliance or control issues.
  • Communicate clearly with front-line contacts for approvals or clarifications.
  • Maintain reminders and notifications for pending actions.
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements for automation and harmonization.
  • Support documentation updates for Unit-specific instructions.
REQUIREMENTS

What do you need to be successful in the role? 

  • University degree or relevant experience in the field of administration/procurement support 
  • MS Office package knowledge (at least user level of MS Excel)
  • English and German language - min. B2 level (daily use) 
  • Precision and eye for detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive mindset and team spirit
  • Focus on improvement, open to new ideas
