DESCRIPTION
As a Telesales & Sales Support Agent, you will play a key role in supporting partner businesses through a combination of sales administration and outbound customer engagement.
This role is split equally between sales support and telesales, requiring both strong organisational skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships. It's a quality-driven sales position where authentic conversations and delivering excellent service are just as important as achieving performance targets.

The responsibilities:
  • Initiate high-quality conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Build trust and identify customer needs through a consultative sales approach.
  • Handle objections professionally and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
  • Follow up on contracts and complete a variety of sales support and administrative tasks.
  • Support partner campaigns and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
  • Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) and a good command of English.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and persuasion skills.
  • Previous experience in telesales, sales support or customer service is an advantage.
  • Organised with excellent administrative and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and various computer applications.
  • A professional, proactive approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
