The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.
By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from our location from Bucharest, in a fully on-site way in the first 6-9 months of the activity.
How you’ll make an impact:
Accounts Receivable activities:
- Manage customers’ expectations;
- Reconcile client’s accounts;
- Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;
- Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel);
General Ledger activities:
- Solves situations related to policies and holders queries with the help of specific finance procedures ;
- Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the norms / objectives set by the direct manager ;
- Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes ;
- Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction ;
- Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;
- Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur;
- Perform revenue, expenses and other ledger accounts recognition checks as per client policies and procedures.
