By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM Romania time. If you are based in Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj, Timisoara, Brasov, Targu Mures, your presence in the office will be required in a hybrid way and if you leave in another city then you will work 100% remote.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Ensuring data integrity and preparing financial information in accordance with reporting requirements;
- Proactively performing preventive quality controls and implementing corrective actions whenever discrepancies are identified;
- Maintaining ownership of the standard chart of accounts and preparing timely account analyses and reconciliations;
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards;
- Having exposure to coordination activities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing guidance/support within the team when required;
- Identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills that make your work successful:
- You have advanced French level & advanced English language skills;
- You communicate easily;
- Previous experience in the General Ledger role - min.3 years;
- Bachelor's degree;
- You are a team-player;
- You can solve urgent matters;
- You are reliable and proactive.
