What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts
Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
Evaluate the need for escalation
Put suppliers in contact with the client when necessary
