DESCRIPTION
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email in both Polish and English.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain clear, consistent, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document interactions and update records to support smooth follow-up and reporting.
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Polish and English (C1 for each)
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply policies.
Willingness to move to Thessaloniki and work on-site
Willingness to work in flexible shifts and on weekends (day, late shifts, no night shifts)
Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
