About the Role
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding support in the hospitality industry. The role involves handling inbound calls from German-speaking customers, assisting with reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. A sales-oriented mindset is highly valued, as closing bookings will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings.
- Upgrade bookings from customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We Are Looking For
- Native or fluent German speaker + fluent English skills.
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Málaga.

About Multilingual Jobs Worldwide
- Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period.
- Competitive salary of €23.000 k per Year
- €1,500 sign-on bonus.
- Shifts from Monday to Sunday (2pm - 10pm), including alternate weekends.

For candidates who are not currently residing in Málaga but are willing to relocate, we offer a relocation assistance package to ease the transition:
- Travel Reimbursement: Up to €200 for transfer expenses (train, flight, etc.)
