An international IT services company is looking for a First Line Analyst with advanced Dutch and German skills to join their multilingual support team in Barcelona.
You will be part of a global service desk that provides IT support to users across Europe, helping them solve technical issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
-Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-Log and document all calls and actions in the system.
-Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
-Collaborate with other team members and departments.
