The Role
You'll be part of our clients friendly Dutch-speaking team, supporting customers who already know and love the brand. Theres no cold calling here, just warm, genuine conversations where you'll help people find what they need, discover new products, and make every order a smooth experience.
You'll be their trusted guide, the friendly expert who makes things simple, fast, and right.
Requirements
- A native Dutch speaker who communicates clearly and warmly.
- Curious, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
- Organized and focused, even when things get busy.
- Motivated to learn and grow, whether thats in sales, service, or something new.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not essential. Training and support are part of the journey.
What You'll Do
- Connect with existing Dutch-speaking customers; no cold calls, just positive, helpful interactions
- Recommend high-quality home brand products that fit each customers needs.
- Spot opportunities to enhance orders and improve the customer experience.
- Process orders efficiently using an easy-to-learn system.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, international team thats always ready to help.
