DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Customer Support Team for a world-famous delivery company. The position is based in beautiful Porto, the second biggest city in Portugal! As a Customer Support and User Enablement Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to play a critical role in providing top-notch assistance to our Norwegian customers and troubleshooting delivery issues.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in Danish;
  • Intermediate English skills (B2+) – written and spoken;
  • Experience in customer support is a plus;
  • A positive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations;
  • Active listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers;
  • Resourceful and creative in finding solutions and workarounds
