Customer advisor for Sustainable Energy support , you will assist customers dealing with Wind , Solar and other Green energy projects.  
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails in Dutch
 - Assist with invoices, reminders, and payments, including payment plans and late fees
 - Support tariff changes, contract questions, and retention requests
 - Handle complaints such as overcharges or incorrect billing
 - Manage customer moves and service activations
 - Address both practical and emotional customer needs with empathy
 - Identify and act on service-oriented sales opportunities
 - Perform additional tasks such as contacting customers with open debts
