For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Backoffice Support with Hungarian (Relocation to Sofia/Bulgaria).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality email support to gaming customers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently;
• Maintain a positive and helpful tone while interacting with players, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Analyze and identify customer problems, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of player concerns and to improve the overall customer experience;
• Continuously update and maintain knowledge of gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hungarian (C1 level) and English (B2 level) with excellent written communication skills in both languages;
• Strong interest in gaming and a good understanding of common gaming platforms and systems;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast- paced environment;
• Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry;
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including day and later shifts, depending on the needs of the business.
