We are currently looking for a skilled French-speaking Tech Support Agent to join our client's team in Porto in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the clients existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
- Show its software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward such requests to the sales department
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for the customer
Requirements
- Being local in Porto or in the process of moving there
- Native French and professional English (B2) is mandatory
- Previous Customer Support experience in a fast-paced environment (such as call center or similar)
- University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
- Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
