We are currently looking for a skilled French-speaking Tech Support Agent to join our client's team in Porto in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Support client existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
- Show its software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customer
Requirements
- Local in Porto, interested to move there or a clear plan of going there
- Previous Customer Support experience or similar
- Native French and professional English is mandatory
- University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
- Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Offer:
- 1765 € base (14x) + 200 € (x12) in meal allowances + up to 416 € performance bonus (all amounts monthly)
