Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
- Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer business experience to drive long-term success for our customers.

- Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals by utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions e.g., YouTube, Google Search, and Display Network platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
- Ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and action plans with problem solving skills.
- Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a subjective, changing environment.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
