Work Schedule:

 

- Flexible start between 8:00 and 9:30 AM

- One-hour lunch break

- Finish between 5:00 and 6:30 PM

- Intensive schedule on Fridays

- Additional flexibility for work-life balance or justified personal reasons

 

About the Role

 

We are looking for Account Managers with different language skills to join our growing team in Valencia. We are hiring professionals who are native or advanced in German, Dutch, or English, with a B1 level of Spanish and a university degree.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- You will manage and develop client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- You will handle and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions.

- You will collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and customer support) to optimize service.

- You will follow up on contracts and manage documentation to ensure compliance.

- You will analyze customer needs and provide tailored advice on our products and services.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

- You have Native level of German

- You have B1 level of Spanish

- You have University degree
