About the project: This specific project is for a leading airline. The job involves:
-Handling passenger complaints about transport regulations.
-Working with legal teams and enforcement bodies to resolve issues
-Ensuring companies follow the rules.
-Keeping organized records of each case until it's resolved.

Upon your first weeks, they will provide you with all necessary training to get fully settled in your new role. 
European residency is required to live and work in Portugal. Therefore, at this point in time, we can only consider candidates that either hold a valid EU passport or Identity Card. Candidates based in Portugal could be considered when holding a valid Work Visa.
