DESCRIPTION
Give people the power to build community and become a member of our strong Customer Experts team for an Instant Messaging platform in Athens!
We are looking for talents with great Arabic & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in TP in Greece.
You will be working in a team supporting users of a cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service that allows users to send text & voice messages, make voice & video calls, and share content.

Note: This position is not a remote/work-from-home position. Our teams are based in our state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).
What you will do:
- Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
- Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
- Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
What we expect from you:
- Superior verbal and written skills in Arabic
- Very good English knowledge
- Ability to understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics
- Ability to fluently interact without strain for either party.
- Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage
- High attention to details and follow through
- An effective team player who is able to also work independently
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
- Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience
- You need to be an EU citizen / EU passport holder, or alternatively you need to have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work) or a corresponding digital blue paper.
