Your North Star
- Regularly follow up on and nurture outbound leads to keeping potential clients engaged.
- Utilize CRM to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects.
- Analyze market and tailor strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition clearly to spark interest among prospects.
- Identify and leverage industry trends and insights to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Test and optimize email content and delivery strategies to improve open rates and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the outreach program, focusing on innovative tactics to reach and engage target markets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business goals.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities and channels for outreach to broaden the prospect base.
Key Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in Hospitality and/or SaaS.
- Sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages in written and verbal form.
- Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales or marketing role.
