Business Development Representative (m,f) German: IT B2B

Mandatory:
DESCRIPTION

Start: 25/11/2024, 2nd December or 9th December 

Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showing prospects how the product can revolutionize client's business
  • Proactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches
  • Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing
  • Build long-lasting, impactful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success
  • Be a passionate advocate for company's product and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both parties
  • Quickly become an expert in company'sofferings, staying updated on the latest developments and services provided.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms
  • A burning passion for a career in sales
  • Ideally, 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Confidence to build trust and make an impact from the first interaction, coupled with excellent soft skills
  • Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
  • A growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
