Call Center - Dutch

Responsabilities:

• Interact with customers from the Dutch/Flemish market through Inbound calls or via the internet, to help them with the Cruise trip of their lives!
• This position is responsible for processing customer orders, providing/receiving information as well as providing customer service support entirely in Dutch/Flemish.
• The job is to find the best solution for each customer, because at the end of the day, the most important thing will be that each customer has his or her problem solved.

• Be fluent in written and spoken Dutch/Flemish (eliminatory factor);
• Have strong English skills;
• Be able to manage several computer platforms at the same time;
• In every customer interaction, be the "friend" who always has the right solution. You won't have an answer for everything, but thanks to your empathy, the customer will always be left with a good image of the company you represent.

• 100% work from home (must have a fiber optic connection to the internet in your home - mandatory - and a fixed address in Portugal)
• A salary package of about 1580€ (base salary of 1100€ gross x 14 months + language bonus of 250€ gross x 12 months + attendance bonus of 100€ gross month + meal allowance of 6€ net per day of work)
• A full time schedule (8h daily) - monday to friday
