- 1 year experience in contract administration/payroll background

- English language is essential and German language is a plus

About the role:

NonStop Consulting is looking for a Junior Global Payroll Specialist. This role will be focused on building a network of payroll providers globally to help us employ contractors & labour lease workers in new locations internationally on behalf of our clients, all while meeting local legal and operational payroll requirements.

As our Junior Global Payroll Specialist you will work with our HR & Legal and Finance departments to set up new entities and identify local partners to support us.

Later on, this role will also have a client facing element as you may be required to act as a subject matter expert on payroll by partnering with sales consultants and entering client meetings. You'll also be working closely with our contracts & payroll team whose primary focus is on our existing and well established entities and contractors.

You will also be involved in :

* Contractors & labour lease document management;* Controlling payroll data quality and implementing improvement measures;* Continuously optimising our payroll processes.
